Weinor Topas Cassette Awning at Peterborough
Frothys Coffee Shop, a recently welcomed addition to our clientele in Peterborough, has entrusted us with their latest project. They reached out to us with the goal of procuring a top-notch awning installation to upgrade their current setup.
Process
The primary objective was to install a premium commercial awning that not only complemented Frothys aesthetic, but also improved the overall customer experience by creating a comfortable outdoor seating space. Our Commercial Awning team suggested installing the Weinor Topas Cassette Awning with a hood. The Topas model boasts adaptability to diverse settings, whether nestled within an alcove, positioned beneath a balcony, or nestled under a roofing overhang. After a careful site survey, we agreed that an awning with a width of 5830mm and a projection of 2700mm would provide ample coverage for the outdoor seating area.
The awning was also equipped with a left-hand motor and a channel remote control powered by Somfy technology, enabling easy and efficient adjustment of awning’s position. The coffee shop owner is happy with the bright orange colour choice from the latest ‘’My collections’’, adding a vibrant and eye catching touch to the outdoor space. To match with the Frothys branded colours, the Anthracite Metallic framework was chosen, creating a cohesive and recognisable aesthetic.
The installation was conducted in a timely manner. As part of this process, the previous awning was expertly dismantled and disposed of, ensuring a well-organised transition to the new installation.

Outcome
The installation of the new commercial awning transformed Frothys outdoor seating area. The vibrant orange fabric and anthracite metallic framework created an attractive and cosy space for patrons to enjoy their coffee.
